After serving the Lancaster community for the past 18 years, it is with great regret that we must announce the permanent closing of Drevna-Hudson Physical Therapy Associates effective January 24, 2025. We will see our currently scheduled patients through that date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to sustain operations due to many reasons.
The effects of the COVID pandemic, recent and impending staff retirements, decreased insurance reimbursements, and decreased patient referrals from physicians due to mergers and acquisitions in the regional medical community, have all negatively affected our business.
These challenges have made it impossible for us to continue providing care under our current practice model. As our Physical Therapists and Assistants transition to new opportunities, we want to assure you that your current care will continue seamlessly. You will have the option to follow your therapist to their new location as it becomes known.
We deeply appreciate the trust you've placed in us for your care and the meaningful relationships we've built with each of you over the years. It has been our privilege to serve you.

Medical Records
Effective January 31, 2025 we have retained Cariend, a medical records custodian, to manage the records for the next 7 years. Cariend is not a medical provider and does not handle billing, or referrals for the closed practice. Requestors should be prepared to complete the Records Release Authorization Form and provide a copy of government-issued photo ID, as required by HIPAA. The fastest way to process requests for copies of medical records is to visit Cariend’s website and follow the instructions posted here: https://www.cariend.com/request-records/
If you do not have access to a computer or internet, Cariend can be reached by phone at 404-991-7080 – please note the HIPAA laws do not allow medical records to be released based on a phone or email request.
